Tiny Blessings For Bedtime, by Amy Parker

tiny blessings for bedtime review

As parents, we all dream of raising selfless and appreciative children. Today is Christmas Eve and as we focus on giving thanks for all the special blessings we have received, let's always remember that while Christmas only comes once a year, we can always choose to adopt the mindset of being grateful for everyday blessings. My current favorite children's book on gratitude is Tiny Blessings for Bedtime, by Amy Parker.

Tiny Blessings for Bedtime is a beautifully illustrated board book that uses simple language to list daily blessings little kids can be thankful for, like the stars and the light of the moon. I love how the text can be read as a poem or as a prayer for our little ones before bedtime.

Based on experience, reading to babies can be tricky especially when they're squirmy (make that double for twins). This is what makes this book perfect for babies because it's able to convey an attitude of gratitude in just 6 sentences. The book itself has a padded cover and thick pages which make it rip-proof and easy to turn for babies. This book makes for a great addition to any baby's nighttime reading rotation and I hope you and your babies will love it as much as we do.

And since we're on the topic of gratitude, I want to thank you for taking time to read my post/s. I hope you and your family have a fantastic Christmas and another year full of blessings.
